Need a place to stay near campus before transitioning into a permanent residence? Consider making a reservation at The Hotel at the University of Maryland, located on Baltimore Avenue across from the main entrance to campus.

The College Park City-University Partnership’s Homeownership Program is part of an effort to increase the number of University of Maryland and City of College Park employees living in College Park. The program will re-launch in 2024.
